David specializes in labor and employment law. He regularly advises employers on wage and hour compliance, employee leave and accommodation issues, discipline and discharge matters, and compliance requirements for government contractors. He also assists employers by drafting and reviewing employment agreements, employee handbooks, and other workplace policies and procedures.
David represents his employer clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, in cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal laws. He also litigates cases involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
